Housing and Dining Cancellation Request Form Prior to Move in

This online cancellation request form for housing and dining is applicable prior to move in.

If you are a current campus housing or CP Lofts resident and wish to cancel your housing, you must fill out a Petition to Cancel form at the Housing Administration Office (Building 31).

Incoming Fall First-year and Transfer Students:  A 30-day written notice is required to avoid financial penalty.

Returning Cal Poly Students:  The initial $500 payment is nonrefundable. A 30-day written notice is required to avoid additional financial penalty.

CP Lofts:  The initial $500 payment is nonrefundable. A 60-day written notice prior to move in is required to avoid additional financial penalty.
