If admission will be charged for the event, complete the fields below.

Ticketing policies are available for review and a ticketing questionnaire must be returned to the Ticketing Services Supervisor at least three weeks prior to the on-sale date

Choose the date tickets will go on sale. Minimum lead time is three weeks.

Obtaining Food and Beverage Services

All food and beverage service must be provided by University Catering or an approved off-site vendor (links open in new browser tab).  Contact University Catering at 805-756-1177

Alcoholic Beverages
Alcohol Service Information

Please review the following and indicate below which alcohol service type applies to your event

  1. Alcoholic beverages may be sold by concessions pre-event and at intermission (no cost to sponsor organization)
  2. Alcoholic beverages may be served at invitation-only event which is closed to the public or will be part of the admission charged for the event. There will be no exchange of money or value (cash, tickets, donations, admission charge) involved in guests entering the event or obtaining alcoholic beverages.

Cancellations must be made in a timely manner or charges may be incurred.

All responsible parties are advised to read and familiarize themselves with the technical policies in the Tech User Guide located on the Policies and Procedures page of our website.

Submission of a Request for Use does not guarantee space assignment.  Your request will be reviewed by the Managing Director and if confirmed may require subsequent documentation and deposit.
